Emergency Service

Drain, Clean and Refill

We will empty, clean and sanitize your hot tub. In addition we will clean your filters, spa cover and cabinet to ensure the entire hot tub is ready for use. Lastly we refill the hot tub and professionally balance your water chemistry.

Heater Diagnosis and Repairs

There are many reasons that your water might not be heating. Anything from a power issue to something as simple as settings, we will provide you and honest and affordable repair solution.

Pump Leaking

In most cases when a pump is leaking we will recommend replacing it. Sometimes a replacement isn’t necessary though so we will do a careful diagnosis and see if any repairs can be done to get your hot tub to stop leaking.

Lights not working

Lighting can really add to the hot tub experience and when it isn’t working it just isn’t the same. We will check each light to see if an individual replacement is necessary or a controller replacement.

Cracked Pipes

Pipes being cracked is never a good thing but we have years of experience in removing the damage and getting your spa back into good working order. Don’t replace the hot tub until you call us!

Winterize Hot Tub

Winterizing the hot tub is a crucial step if you are going to shut it down for the winter months. A spa that is simply emptied is likely to freeze and be damaged. We will ensure that your spa is prepared and protect you from an expensive spring repair.
